BOAT RULES

You’ll be cruising on a private owned yacht, so please treat it with care and respect.

This is a Bare Boat Charter: Meaning you are renting the Yacht and hiring your choice of Captain and Mate.

Boarding

Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure

Matching photo ID required at check in.

Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding

Additional Rules:

Thank you for choosing Sea Chase Charter . Your Captain will contact you for any charter details and to review the rules of the Yacht.

Please have the Charterers photo ID ready at the time of boarding.

The Yacht is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified

Rules:

• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• No pets
• No smoking
• No illegal drugs ( including Marijuana)
• No open flames
• No red wine or red drinks
• No red foods or fruits
• Pre-wash any new swimsuits/Towels, they will STAIN when wet 
• No shoes on the yacht
• No spray-on tanning lotion
• Obey the Captain at all times

Note: The Captain has the responsibility and ability to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter.

Security Deposit

A hold will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. The hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made.

Deposit Amount

We require a $500.00 security deposit. 

Cancellation 

The booking fee is non-refundable immediately after payment is made, regardless of departure date.

Free cancellations until 30 days before the departure date. The booking fee is non-refundable

50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 14-30 days before the departure date. The Booking fee is non-refundable.

Note: All cancelations must be made in writing by emailing

Please Note:

Weather related cancellations (ie: storms, thunderstorms, high winds, etc.) are made at the sole discretion of the Captain or Owner. Weather conditions must be assessed the day of departure, and not based on a forecast.

CONCIERGE CATERING SERVICE

We offer a concierge catering service for an additions cost.

Our standard charter is called a bare boat charter

This means you would be responsible for bringing your own food and drink

The concierge service would offer you service and a menue to your liking.
